Their service is Great! As a new pet parent they eased my worries and answered my questions. Most of all, my pet had the best care possible provided to her.

Dr. Mullen is always there for us. He takes his time and explains everything we need to know about Katie's condition. Dr. Mullens is very conservative in treating Katie and doesn't want to over medicate or cause more problems . I trust Dr. Mullen with any advice and instructions he has given us regarding Katies care. I wish some people Doctors could be as caring and concerned .

Dr. Mitzel has been my Vet for many years. My first animals with him were Afghan Hounds. There was occasion that one of them got very ill. None of us knew what was wrong with this 8 year old normally very healthy dog. I was living alone and didn't make much money. Dr. Mitzel asked if he could 'try' some things with Cocca (not a misspelling named after Lee Iococca) I gave him the go ahead. a week later I got Cocca back...and my bill. Dr Mitzel had discounted the heck out of the bill... 8 ringers of fluids became one, etc. He said he did that because I allowed him to 'just try' with my Show dog. I think he knew I didn't have much money but loved my dog unconditionally. I have known him to do this with other clients. He listens to what you say and he has HEART. Cocca lived to be almost 15 years old! Dr. Mitzel was as upset as I was when we lost him. And then... there was my chocolate lab that with his help lived to be (are you ready for it?) 20! Yes twenty. Chox was another that we all wept over but to this day we tell stories when I am in with one of my other dogs...he was the hero of Pine Meadow.
