Dr. Hong has been my vet for my other animals before there was pet insurance. When my cat of a long time ago got cancer he was the only doctor that treated her on my budget and allowed me to make payments. He helped her to live 5 more years comfortably. I loved that cat..man did I love her. She was my friend. Dr. Hong keeps things up to date and really looks out already for people that can't afford to pay or have fallen on hard times. There really are not that many vets that do anymore. Most require payment or they keep your animal especially in Virginia. He always make sure the mother or father is able to take their pet home because he feels that is the best place for them to get well. He understand we animal lovers need our pets. When I had to move he let little louis stay at the facility at a discounted price because I just been laid off from job. I have Louis with me now but I am glad and bless he made it less stressful. That is why he should win because he does help pets for real. Thank you.
