Dr. Rankin truly cares about the animals she treats. She makes sure to explain everything clearly when there’s an issue and will go to great lengths to solve the problem. She even came in on her day off to make sure my dog was in the best hands when she was sick. Now Birdie is back to her old jovial self. The staff at Winchester Animal Hospital are kind and treat the animals that come in as if they were their own pets.
