She is a holistic vet. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and asks if you are comfortable with what she is recommending. She has texted me personally to make sure my pup was doing ok. I had a situation at an emergency vet and she kept in touch with that vet and myself making sure I understood everything that was happening. It was a very hard time for my family and she was there for us above and beyond her job description. She has made time to come in and see my pups when her office was closed just to put my mind at ease several times after the loss of my last pup. I cannot say how grateful I am that we have her as our vet.
