My oldest dog previously had a lot of issues going to the vet. He would sit in the parking lot and REFUSE to move - and moving a 70+ lb German Shepherd mix without cooperation is quite difficult. This has never been the case with Countryside and Dr. Dyer. My dogs are always excited to come in and see everyone working here, and the staff is friendly. Most importantly, you can tell they truly love animals here. When we added to our pack, Dr. Dyer gave us tons of extra pamphlets and reading for puppies on issues we were struggling with, and never makes us feel rushed through our appointments. When our puppy got impatient waiting her turn, the vet techs came in and asked permission to give her some Cheerios sprinkled around on the floor to keep her occupied and quiet sniffing them out. Truly the best vet I have ever been to. They have all the tricks to keep your dogs happy and distracted!
