Of course, $$$ is important but what's crucial is quality. VCA gets my vote for going above and beyond. Biggie was difficult at the start - a rescue, anxious, reactive - but they have worked with him at Day Care to help me turn him round. Plus I have high hopes of the VCA USA franchise following in its Canadian partners footsteps and outlawing declawing. That alone spurs me to support VCA and to hope they follow suit.

The staff is very professional and friendly. They greet every animal by name and with lots of hugs. Every time we go to this Vet they make us feel like family. I would recommend this clinic everyone I know with animals.
