I have taken Rascal (cat) to Dr. Bates since he was a kitten, and Dr. Bates has always treated Rascal with respect, kindness and genuine concern for his health and well being. Rascal was comfortable allowing Dr. Bates to do what needed to be done, which, when you're talking about a cat, speaks volumes. We recently took our new puppy, GiGi to him for a wellness exam, and Dr, Bates was gentle and kind, but still thorough, while dealing with our squirmy, mouthy, generally uncooperative puppy. He took all the time we needed to answer our questions, address our concerns, and go over basic puppy care and training. I have found Dr. Bates to be honest, down to earth, thorough in his examinations and treatments, and kind in his treatment of his animal patients and their owners. I trust him with the care of my animals and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good vet with a true love of animals.

These guys and gals and the Doc saved my lil boys life. My cat Padre absolutely loves the staff... after a few weeks and multiple visits Padre came around. I feel if it weren't for this team I would have lost my little boy. Not because of the ear but all the issues the surgery uncovered. Padre is loving life as a spoiled lil garfield
