She has always gone above and beyond for my dog! She always hears out my concerns and explains things in a way that are detailed but easy to understand, and always communicates with care. When something was wrong with my dog that was beyond the scope of her care, she was quick to refer us to a specialist she trusted. She continued to communicate with the specialist vet and advocate for me and my dog until the issue was resolved. I also love how many services her office provides - I hope many of them we'll never need, but knowing that she's constantly learning new skills and procedures is reassuring in case anything were to happen to my dog. My dog has been a patient with Dr. Ward for years and I have never had anything short of the best experiences with him in her care!
