Dr. Austin treats Charlie as if he was her own. She always follows up treatments with a phone call or text to make sure Charlie is doing okay after treatment.

Dr. Jewett is super late leaving every night! Bless her, she really cares about all the pets that come to her practice. She is truly an angel. The hardest working vet that i have ever met. She has a fantastic staff as well. I would not go to any other doctor for my pets in this whole area.

I had been a client of this vet since 2006, I was a very satisfied customer and have always been impressed with the kindness of the Vet and staff to my pets. I recently moved from the area and was caught off guard of their response when I asked for my pet records to be transfer to a clinic closer to my new home. They refused to transfer my records stating I had a balance on my account for a missed appointment, I quickly checked my record and confirmed I had notified them I could not make this appointment (due to my recent move) within the clinics required timeframe. The receptionist put me on hold to ask the office manager and vet if she could remove the charge based on my documentation of the proper notification. I was shocked and disappointed when the receptionist came back on the line to notify me they were not willing to release the records unless I paid the "missed appointment" fee. At no time before I made the transfer request did the office contact me to discuss this charge, only when they were notified I would no longer be using their clinic did they charge me a fee. Very disappointing -I have spent thousands of dollars with this business and referred several new clients to them. I apologize to all who I have referred that may have to deal with this type of pettiness for a situation (like moving out of the area) they have no control over.

Dr. Jewett is awesome. She loves all of her patients and is full of compassion for people and animals. Most importantly i trust her. It's not easy to find a vet that you can trust and relate to, Dr Jewett is one of them. I've been taking my animals to her for almost 20 years, i can't imagine taking them anywhere else. Simply put... she's the best!

Dr. Garcia is very compassionate and caring of her patients. She goes to extremes to take care of my dog and my dog loves her. I would highly recommend Dr Garcia to anyone looking for a vet.
