I used 2 other Veterinarians before finding Dr Hart and Dr Grimm. The best way to describe the practice is old fashion-family oriented. I was a nervous new pet owner, and the compassion, patience, understanding and love they showed to both me and my dog was and remains remarkable. When you are there, you are made to feel like you and your pet are the only ones that matter. They take as long as you need to care for your pet and answer any questions you have. There are times they stayed and waited for me if I thought my dog was in distreess and needed care instead of having to go to the after hrs Hospital. The staff is caring and loving, and my Fergie actually gets excited when she goes to the Vet-she loves the staff and the doctors and when she see where we are, can't wait to go inside and see everyone. I have recommended them to all my neighbors that own a pet, and they all come back raving and praising them. They are the best!!!
