Dr Franson provided excellent care of my dog. He saw us quickly and displayed an appropriate level of interest in Charlie’s well being. He made me feel listened to and recommended reasonable options to figure out what was causing Charlie’s acute vomiting. He was extremely professional in all his dealings with me and I felt confidence in his skills and explanations. I would highly recommend Dr. Franson if urgent/emergency care is needed in the Windham area.

Very kind and gentle with my dog. Very thorough in their examination and thorough in the explanation of medication dosages and timing. I had to bring her in when sick myself due to ad stomach bug, and they even provided me with a snack pack to help with my own nausea. They really go above and beyond!
