I have had several visits over the past few months with unexpected issues for my kitty. Not ONCE did I ever get the feeling we were not a priority no matter how busy they were. They cared for my boy as if he was their own and listened to all my concerns. I never felt that I didn't understand his treatment plan or next steps. I never felt like he wasn't in capable hands.
I CANNOT recommend or thank them enough. They love what they do and it shows.
Thank you SO much to Dr. Fowler, the ENTIRE internal medicine team, all the emergency staff and the customer service people. You all are AMAZING and work together like a well oiled machine. Seriously. You guys are the best!!! 🥹💕

Theo has had to visit this emergency hospital twice this year for significant injuries, one including two overnight stays and surgery. The staff there is incredibly caring and communicative. They consistently called while he was there to give updates and called multiple times after he came home to check in on him. While he was there I felt he got plenty of attention and love from the vet techs and felt comfortable having him stay overnight.
