Dr. Williams is truly about what is best for his clients' and their owners. He doesn't do unnecessary procedures and testing. He has been there for every event from our puppy eating bubblegum to our ill chicken to help get us through. He has such a calm demeanor that keeps you assured your pet is in good hands when stress is high. He has been a strong guiding force through two geriatric cats who are now in heaven and my 14 year old diabetic cat we helped with insulin for two years. I could never have taken care of my sweet "Scout" without his guidance and caring. His veterinary hospital isn't overbooked and you don't have to fight for an appointment. Cathy the office manager is one in a million who always leaves you assured that everything is taken care of. When my daughter's chicken passed away they took care of "Bella" with such grace and we had to have her cremated because the ground was still frozen. They treated my 8 year old daughter as though her chicken was the most important animal in the world. They truly make all of the difference in caring for each of our animals as if they were their own. Our animals are our children, and when we go to Arbor Veterinary Hospital, it's like we are taking them to the pediatrician for 4-legged and winged children because that is the kind of care they give us. I couldn't ask for more!
