Dr. Barker was very kind and personable during our first appointmentwith the new puppy. She communicated every part of the exam as she looked over Freyja. She is very knowledgeable and answered our questions about our new puppy in detail, while speaking in terms we understood. She gave us a free first dose of flea and tick medication. Her exam was thorough. I like that she administered the vaccine in the exam room. Many vets now take the animals in the back to do this. Our whole experience with our first appointment at Hudson Veterinary Care was warm and we felt right at home. Even Freyja seemed to prefer the staff's attention over their treats!
