So accommodating so friendly and just all around compassion they understood my need to TRUST knowing the previous practice I had left made me hesitate everyone with my dogs medical care . They proved to me today they are the vet I want and trust for my fur kids with 4 legs ❤️

She is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and caring and has a wonderful bedside manner with her patients and their pet parents. She communicates effectively with both me and with my Shetland Sheepdog and she always makes us feel that she is glad to see us. She is professional, patient and thorough and never rushes the appointment. My Sheltie adores her, and so do I. Dr. Spencer is the greatest!

Our Buster became very sick with kidney disease just before Thanksgiving 2012. He spent a day at Hampstead Animal Hospital receiving many tests. Upon receiving each test result Dr. Storey called and explained what each test meant and what our choices were. He answered questions I had no idea how to ask because my family was in shock over Buster being so ill. When we had to make the decision to put him at rest Dr. Storey and his staff were more than compassionate. They felt our pain. They cried with us. We stayed with him til the end. They allowed us all the time we needed to say our final good-bye. Losing our "Buster" on Thanksgiving eve was one of the most difficult events that my Kids and I have ever experienced. He was only 8 and we weren't ready to let go. . .but he was suffering. Dr. Storey helped me to feel as though the decision I had made was right and humane as Buster was suffering gravely. There was no treatment for him. They called 2 days later to make sure we were ok. That meant so much. When Busters' ashes were ready I picked them up. I cried again and so did the staff. They were truly wonderful in helping my family and I deal with the loss of our beloved Buster.
