My mother's beloved aged pet needed ongoing veterinary care for congestive heart failure. My mom couldn't afford veterinary care, but loved her dog with all her heart. Kristi went above and beyond what I ever expected, she went to my mother's home 2x a day for several months to administer medication, as my elderly mother couldn't do it. When my mother went into the hospital, Kristi took the aged dog in and took care of her, and when the dog had reached her end of life, she handled the matter with compassion and care. Kristi never charged my mother a single dime. My mother passed away last week, we had her funeral yesterday. She was laid to rest with the ashes of her beloved Shar Lei in her arms. My mother's wishes were in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Avalon Animal Hospital to assist with the expenses of veterinary care for elderly pet owners. Kristi truly made a difference in my mom's life, and we are all eternally grateful for such a dedicated professional and her service to the elderly and their loved pets.
