Dr. Kate and staff are the most caring people. They immediately welcomed Lucy with open arms and love her like their own. Dr. Kate is very compassionate and explains everything that is happening in a way that is fully understood. The entire office is so very welcoming and the experience is always wonderful.

I had to take My Yorkie to True North Vet for emergency care and we saw Dr Will . He was so wonderful with my boy and so very thorough, he took his time and made sure to do everything necessary for my sick pup and he explained everything to me … my Coco loved him …. I arrived there very upset and nervous and left very relieved to know my dog received the best of care … Thankyou Dr Will !!!

We are always given an opportunity to ask questions and they are always answered when we are there. In addition, we are always provided with written resources and education related to the current visit. From thorough exams to immunizations, to preventative care, True North Veterinary Hospital absolutely follows the highest pet care standards, and is by far the best Vet in the Mt. Washington Valley.
