We had one incident when our Newbie became suddenly ill. We took her in to the office and saw her vet, Dr. Hotz. Newbie was diagnosed with Feline Hypotrophic Cardiomyopathy. Donna was VERY understanding and caring given the situation. While I tried to get hold of my husband, she came into the room intermittently to check on my. Once we made the decision to put our little girl down, Donna offered her arms for me to cry in. She actually had tears in her eyes. She has given care to our girls in the same manner as she did Newbie to which we are very appreciative.She is a caring person and a stupendous vet. She is well respected by other people client as well.She's the best!!!
