The vet has given amazing care to our Stevie! From routine check ups to her injuries after being hit by a car, they treat her kindly and with respect. Not only do they fix quickly identity and remedy the problem at hand, they also know when to refer you out for specialized care when what she needs may be out of their reach. I know that their first motivation is to care for the animals that come through their doors and assure pet parents that their baby is receiving the best care possible. Their customer service is top notch and both the receptionist and vets are quick to respond to whatever concerns and requests you may have.

I can not express enough how much I love my vet, Dr. Jami Rose. She is the bestperson and most caring vet I have ever known. Dr. Rose not only goes out of her way to help pets that no one wants, she has fostered elderly cats (and is still fostering), spent many hours in the operating room or caring for animals that do not have homes and contacts local rescue groups to try to find homes for them.She is donating her time and accepts $5 spay/neuter vouchers for low income families andworks with the local rescue group with testing, spay/neuter for cats available for adoption.Dr. Rose is very concerned about all her patients and when my cat, Smokey, was very sick and could barely walk,she called me during the evening hours to check on him, called and emailed me on the weekend during her timeaway from the hospital.She loves all animals and goes out of her way to help them. She is available by email and phoneif there is an emergency , and I can't tell you how many times I just email her a questions andshe responds very quickly. Sometimes I don't think she has a life outside her love of pets.I have seen vets come and go but Dr. Rose is the only one that I have seenthat goes beyond normal Vet duties to help her patients, She has real concern and treats all herpatients as if they were her own companions.
