Kalli is an 11-month-old Chihuahua. She has only been to the vet twice. On both visits, she has always been calm going in and after her visit. The staff has always been very caring and patient with her.

This is the first time we used this office. We recently rescued a 9 year old golden and knew he needed medical attention. Staff as tremendous, and the Dr. Called me within 30 minutes of physical exam to explain blood work, test results and prescription plan in detail. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new veterinarian!

NOT HELPFUL: Was visiting from out of town & dog developed ear infection. Called another Vet (Austin Vet) who had no openings but KINDLY suggested this pet hospital when h explained my dog’s health issue that arose. When attempting to make contact, Island Pet doesn’t even answer their phones but will TEXT back. Maybe their phone lines are down but never visited ANY type of dr, human or vet, that communicates through a text! They are RUDE & difficult when only trying to make communication! Thankfully WAS able to get in with another Vet who does answer their phones & AUSTIN Vet recommended another Vet who has good reviews like themselves! Thank you to Austin Vet who I will give a 5-Star rating to for taking the time to help those in from out of town (especially during COVID times when it does make it more difficult to see our pets)!
