I have been going for many years and also stayed with her when she worked for the Camp Lejuene Vets office. So very caring and up front with you. I trust all my animals to her clinic. The entire staff is just amazing. She was very careful with my baby and her injury. I recommend them highly!

The Vets there are very caring. The Staff is wonderful, the office is clean. I have taken my pets there for various things and they were treated great. I highly recommend this Vet Clinic to everyone I know. I always feel my pets are getting the best treatment. Plus they have boarding and Grooming! Always a plus to have all the services needed in one place. Dr. Francis saved my son's service dog. She had bilateral pneumonia when he got her and was in a very severe distress. I thought we were going to loose her, but thanks to Dr. Francis and her wonderful staff, Lexi is alive and well today.
