Our family met Ron Myres 27 years ago when we moved to this area. He has been our vet through Pepper, Inky, Ebony and now our 2 dogs Ernie and Charlie Brown. When our first dog Pepper got cancer, he was so compassionate and tried everything he could to save him. He even sent us to NC State Vet clinic to try other solutions. We finally had to put him down and we not only got a sympathy card, but a small angel dog pen to wear on a lapel. Through the years, he is always ready to help, day or night. He has met us many nights and weekends for emergency care. Our current dogs seem to get in a lot of trouble. Charlie Brown got a fish hook caught in his mouth, Ernie ate a pound of raw bacon, and also ate mole poison. No matter what time of day or what the problem, Dr. Myres is there to help. Our file at his office must be huge. Charlie Brown was rescued by Dr. Myres as a puppy and was living at the vet office when we saw him and fell in love. He neutered him for free and gave us all shots until he was 9 months old. He truly loves animal and we would never go anywhere else.
