I would give zero if I could. But my last trip to these people is with my cat who passed. I still have no idea what was wrong with her. The first trip was only 5 minutes long and cost over 300$ for bloodwork and antibiotics. No check on dehydration or anything for a cat who was not eating and hardly drinking. Obviously underweight as you could feel her spine and hips easily. Nope, obviously antibiotics would fix it.
My cat's condition worsened and I was told they could not give me any pain medicine to ease her suffering at home. This cat was on her way to the rainbow bridge. Nope, I was told they had to do x-rays before they could provide any further treatment. This was after me spending every hour of my day and night for several days to try to coax food and water into this cat, and her medicine that obviously wasn't solving the issue..
I will never recommend this vet to anyone, none of my animals will ever be seen by this place again and I will continue to drive 45 minutes to the new vet.

Megan is a wonderful Veterinarian ! When Rocky goes, she checks him out and is very interested in him. Always easy, kind and understands how nervous he is. She explains things when asked questions, and will help him in anyway she can! I always leave feeling that she has done a wonderful job and look forward to her being the one who will see him the next time he has to go. I just like the nice attitude she has! He is my fur baby, and I could not trust him with just anyone! I am very thankful for having, a wonderful Veterinrian!

Dr. Nichols is definitely an animal lover. She is very loving and gentle with her patients. She takes the time to listen and is very thorough. She also recommends the best treatment if she feels more is needed than what they can do in their office. I drive an hour to get there and would not consider going anywhere else.
