Dr. Hild is both cold and distant and lacks customer service.
Both my dogs needed their DA2P shot and one of my dogs had discharge and a growth. When I got back to the room Dr. Hild came in the room and started rattling off everything she said my dogs needed. I told her that is alot and going to be more than I expected to pay. Dr. Hild asked if I wanted an itemized list. Shelly came in and told me that they both needed. I told her I didn't want the heartworm or fecal test. She said ok let me tell the vet. She then comes back in and said, I'm sorry Dr. Hild has already drawn the blood. I told her that I was supposed to discuss the list before anything started. The receptionist just ignored me and said, I would just get it but you don't have to do the fecal. I was stunned she already had completed it.
Dr. Hild also ALWAYS takes my dogs out of the room for their exam, which I'm not sure why since there are exam tables in each room.
I looked at the bill when i got home and realized that Dr. Hild had given both of my dogs a Bordetella vaccine that NO ONE even mentioned to me. As a dog owner I have the right to decide what vaccines my dogs get, especially when I'm the one paying for them!
