They make my dogs and I feel like family. The difference between them and my last vet is night and day. At my previous vet I was never given results, never educated on pet health and there was always someone new seeing my dogs. Not only does Animal Hospital at Brier Creek spend an ample amount of time getting to know and examining my dogs, they get to know me, listen to my concerns and provide me with the education I need on any aspect. They give me the information I need to make my own educated decision for my pets and I never feel shamed or stupid for my decisions or questions. I always leave with all my questions answered to the fullest and knowing exactly where my pet’s health stands. Furthermore they get an A+ in general customer service. They always are super accommodating from letting me bring both dogs to one dogs appointment to giving me an extra goodie bag for the one not being seen. With this vet, cost doesn’t matter because I’m definitly getting what I’m paying for and more. I highly recommended them to everyone I know and look forward to many more years with them. It’s nice to have people that care as much about my fur babies as I do. That means more to me than anything.

Dr Goetz and the staff at the Animal Hospital at Brier Creek are absolutely wonderful. They always know me when I come in and also take the time to talk to me not only about my day / work, but also about any places that I have taken my dogs. They always greet my pet and talk to him and play with him which shows me that it is not just a job for them. I have noticed over time that they have cats for adoption. Upon talking to them, I have learned that these cats were stray cats that Dr. Goetz has found outside her business and she takes them in and if no owner is located, she exams and treats them to make sure that they are healthy and then finds them a caring home. Dr. Goetz also sponsors a neighboring police department's K-9 and donates her time and services to care for the K-9 on her own expense.
