I had to take my teacup yorkie, Rocky there because he was bleeding and we didnt know why. She took him in and told us that our baby was dying (very concerned), we were stunned. She then came out in less than 5 minutes and told us he was gone! We got sick to our stomachs and she did too. She was so sad and very comforting to us with what just happened. I would not go anywhere else. The whole team is AWESOME to say the least. They are the most caring people I have ever met. They all signed a card and sent it to us. Lorie White and her staff hugged each of us when this happened. I would not go anywhere else. We bring all of our pets there and she evn talks in the voice I talk to my pets with! Her ans her staff are the BEST!!
