It is more than an hour drive from my home to Kittrell. I go there because my pet is not an number like at many other Vets. I was recommended to go there when my previous dog has cancer in his paw. The vet I had been going to wanted $2,500 to amputate my dog's digit. Kitrell charged me $650 included the pills. Jock had 2 more digits amputated over the next 4 years with the best care an owner would want for his pet. I rescued my current dog at almost 4 years old who had been abused with bite scars on his face and neck. Caswell does not like meeting new people but has been very receptive to everyone at the Vet. He had a growth in his paw after being with me for 2 months. Dr. Alex cut it out, sent it to NCSU veterinary to check if it was benign, supplied me with medication and only charged $600. You can't find that service or price anywhere in Raleigh.
