Dr. Frye is incredible! My dog Mickey was vomiting pretty consistently for 12 hours so I called the vet’s office only to find out that Dr. Frye was going to be in surgery all day, so they wouldn’t get to see Mickey. I was disappointed but understood. Several hours later, I get a call from Dr. Frye (on her lunch break!!) saying that she will work Mickey in later that day and see what’s going on. To say I was grateful would be an understatement! A vet that cares not only just for the pets but for the owners as well. She understands how a pet owner feels when their animal is sick and although she was already swamped for the day she decided Mickey was important enough to squeeze in. Mickey is part Pit but he has never been judged at their office, even though he’s not good with other dogs (they go out of their way to ensure no interactions with other dogs). In fact, he’s a hit every time we go to the vet. They just rave and rave about how cute he is and they are so gentle and caring towards him when he’s feeling scared. It truly makes a dog owner’s heart feel full. I don’t think you will ever find a veterinarian up to par with Dr. Frye!
