No matter how big or little your pet's ailment or problem is , you and your pet are greeted with a smile and reassurance in their voice of " can we help you". Being a first time pet owner they have answer all my questions concerning my concern for my Bentley...and believe there have been a few that probably brought chuckles after we left!!! Never once did they made me feel silly in asking those questions. Bentley has been treated with care and love in all his visits....I would never hesitate in calling or rushing him there if there was an emergency knowing he is in excellent hands!
