Maggie was recently spayed at Whole Vet in Davidson. She was having complications. Dr. Khare was not her regular vet but she went out her way to identify Maggie's condition. There were a series of scheduling complications with the another Vet Hospital. Dr Khare personally worked through those issues (finding an alternative neurologist, scheduling her overnight stay at a different vet hospital). Maggie was eventually diagnosed with SRMA (Steroid responsive meningitis-arteritis). A rare auto-immune disease. Dr. Khare followed up with me several times on her day off to ensure Maggie was doing better. Even during a pandemic she personally came to my car to talk to me and address my concerns. I can not say enough about Dr. Khare. She is a vet that loves her patient and their families!

My baby, Dakota, had several recent hospitalizations under a different vet company and I couldn't get any Dr. to listen to my concern and my suspicions of her sickness. Dr. Forward took the time to listen to me, my thoughts, my research I did and not once disregarded what I had to say. She empathized with my situation and understood how I felt about medications and their reactions for my puppy. She talked about so many options of care and different paths to go down in getting Dakota back to health and let me choose , discuss and eventually decide in the care given. She gave me things to look up so that I had knowledge of the path of care, told me different products I could get there at the clinic or I could go and look online to see if I could find them less costly. Not once did I feel rushed when she talked with me. The entire process of switching to Dr. Forward's practice was so easy and the entire staff from the front end appointment scheduler to the vet tech's that care for Dakota, was astounding. I feel like my voice matters when I bring my baby there for care and for that I feel Dr. Forward and the staff are the best.
