i chose Dr Novosad because in her website biography she stated that she decided to become a veterinarian because I love fostering the special connection between people and their beloved pets. When i told her this fact because of my personal devotion to Chi she responded: "It warms my heart to meet a pet owner and a pet so bonded." That was in August of 2012. Over the past year Dr Novosad has lived up to her claim in every way. Not only does she give Chi the Cat personal and loving care each time she sees her, but she also gives me that "special attention" regarding the health of Chi the Cat that she realizes i so greatly need. Dr Novosad is sensitive to my personal devotion to my cat and responds compassionately to the needs and fears and worries of BOTH of us. She gives that personal attention and time and professionalism that both pet AND owner need. She makes ME feel confident in every decision that she makes because i trust her wisdom and training for BOTH of us. Altho i cannot say that going to the vet is a favorite time for either Chi the Cat of for me, knowing that we will be cared for by Dr. Brittany Novosad makes the experience worth while. We are both grateful for this wonderful and skilled veterinarian and PERSON.
