Vet staff does not know basic over the counter medications and does not listen during in take- resulting in same questions repeatedly asked. Vet refused service for kitten w/likely URI with joy and glee rather than advise her staff to listen when doing their intake. Expensive, unprofessional and cares more for appearances than pets.
