When my 17 yo beagle was ready to cross over the Rainbow Bridge, the staff was so patient and compassionate. I called the clinic multiple times within the last six weeks of her life, they were always so supportive and kind. When we finally made the decision it was time, Dr. Johnston came to our house and help Brittany cross over. She explained exactly what was going to happen and gave us time to grieve before she took Brittany away. The clinic called to check on us and sent cards. When it was time for Zoey, our shepherd, to go in for a checkup they were still very compassionate. They gave us advise to help Zoey deal with her anxiety, too. Love Them ALL

while Snooki was in there care for a week they allowed me to some and stay with her as long as i wanted and offer drinks, blankets whatever I needed. Then as Dr Beth was locking up she noticed something was wrong with Snooki.She called me and stayed for over an hour til i got there. Even knowing Snooki would not make it she stayed, along with Christina a vet tech who came in late at night to help, as long as I needed and were amazing as I had to make the decision to let Snooki go. They let me and my family stay as long as we needed to say our goodbyes. Christina and Beth were amazing. They send a card with personal note later the next week and Christina called to check on me mutilple times. I could not have asked for a better experience going through the worst day of my life.
