Crossroads has been my go-to place of care since owning my own pups. Every staff member there has been nothing but kind, welcoming and eager to help. I always feel like I matter and my dogs matter too. From the front desk to the office rooms, it's always a comforting experience. In my few encounters with Dr. Hedrick, she has been kind, compassionate and makes me feel like we've chosen a safe place for my dogs' care. Most of our visits were with Dr. Wilkerson, and while most of these visits have been due to challenging health issues, she has been wonderful to work with. Dr. Wilkerson is exceptionally knowledgeable, empathetic and provides a plan of action. She has helped us through some of our most difficult times with our dogs' health. This really is the place where I trust my dog-children will be taken care of.
