If i could give negative stars, i 100% would. A few weeks ago, I took my 11 year old dog here because he was not eating or walking around as much as usual. $400 later they diagnosed him with a stomach infection after doing some blood work and giving him fluids and antibiotics. They did no other testing or an x-ray. My dog got better for a few weeks and then this past Monday, stopped eating again and on Tuesday he wouldn't even get off the floor and urinated all over himself. We rushed him in on Tuesday to see Dr.Turkel and after more fluids and more blood work, he said he was in liver failure. Why didn't he see that in the blood work he ran a few weeks prior? After giving him a few more meds and more fluids, he FINALLY decided to give him an x-ray. This x-ray showed congestive heart failure. Mind you, at this point my dog wouldn't stand, hardly could pick his head up and was breathing super heavy. After telling me that my dog was in heart failure, he proceeded to give me medications and sent me on my way, full of hope that we found out what was wrong and he would be okay now because he has all of these meds. I took my dog home and he was still the same for the next few hours. After sitting with him for a long time, i started googling what END STAGE congestive heart failure looked like and every single symptom that was listed, my dog was experiencing. I sat with my dog and said my goodbyes knowing he wasn't going to make it through the night. 20 minutes later, my dog had passed. NOT ONCE was end stage even mentioned. There was no mention death at all. Nothing about putting him down or just sending him home to keep him comfortable. They filled me with false hope, charged me $1000, and sent me home to watch my dog die. NEVER GO HERE. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPIRIENCE.
