This clinic and all employees are awesome. They treat you and your pet like family when you walk in the building. I have gone here for many years and will continue until I no longer have pets.

Because she cares! Veterinary care has followed the same track as health care in general. The primary purpose is driven by profit and seeing as many patients as possible. Dr. Slaven does not demonstrate this behavior. She take her time and comforts both the pet and pet owner. Jezzie has no fear of Dr. Slaven and I can see the trust in her eyes.

We have had quite a few animals since 2004, perhaps more than our fair share. Dr. Stover has been our veterinarion for all of these years. She's not the type of vet who just guesses at possible causes when problems come up. She takes the time to do her research, like when our dog was great one minute and literally behaving stoned the next. Dr. Stover took the time to research walnuts and walnut poisoning symptoms in dogs. After an hour of research, she called us and let us know the good news, that our young dog would be just fine within an hour.When we have had to let animals go, Dr. Stover was there and cried right with us.I recommend Dr. Stover to everyone I know with pets. She truely is the best and worth driving a little farther than Fort Wayne to get to her.
