There are very few individuals in life who you can call for help and they tell you they will take care of it and they do. Dr Rob has helped me with every situation I have ever thrown at him without so much as a pause. No matter the nature of the task or the time of day, he’s right there every single time I need him. I can count on him more than any other human being on earth and he doesn’t owe me a thing. He has without fail walked the extra mile every single time and I feel like that deserves some recognition because you just don’t find that very often. He is compassionate, kind, exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. My only regret is that he hasn’t always been my vet. He certainly will be now. He treats his staff like extraordinary individuals as well. He’s just a tremendously positive individual.
