Dr. Torrez diagnosed a dental condition in my cat that previous vets had missed totally. She was not comfortable extracting all the teeth that needed to be, so she referred me to the proper vet dentist. She realizes her limitations, which means she is humble. She originally has a degree from MIT in math. Then she went back to Vet School after her allergist cured her from cat allergies. She graduated from Vet School with highest honors. She is past Pres. of Feline Practitioners Assoc. and is brilliant and so kind to boot. She needs to be your winner, for sure. There is no better cat Vet in Austin, Texas, and I've been to several before Dr. Torrez. Please give her serious consideration. Many thanks!

All the vets at the hospital are the most wonderful. Mary Ellan is very patient and does everything she can for your pet.

My puppy was hit by a truck and broke his leg and dislocated his hip. I couldn't afford thousands of $ for surgery. He was recommended for not overpricing quoted me a price I could afford. Ended up charging less than quoted and threw in neutering and finishing up shots! Super nice Dr and the whole staff! I drove 97 miles one way for him to do the surgery-well worth it! The puppy is just as active as before the injury.
