Lake Station Pet Clinic is amazing, We’ve been bringing our dogs there for 22 years since moving back to Indiana. While camping my GSD quickly wrapped a tie-out chain around her leg and degloved it. I grabbed her put her in the car tore across 2 counties without even thinking, they took her immediately. After months there was barely a scar. Even the skin that grew back had fur. No more chains!
I was giving another one a pill, my ring slipped off my finger, I called them. They were closing but told me to come in. As we were leaving he coughed it up. Whew.
My husband came home talking about a GSD Dr. Heckler just cured of heartworm that the owner was too ill himself to take care of. There were a couple people there that thought of us right away knowing how we rescue, and especially have a special love for GSD’s. So we got him.
They are the sweetest group, you can tell they are a family and they love your animals as their own. My daughters kitten died, extremely rare, I picked up the ashes, the girl cried. We talked about how sad it is for them too. People think they get used to it. Nobody gets used to it
This is why I love them. They’re great at everything they do. I will never go anywhere else. Neither will my daughters.
