Yuki was taken care of. She had a thorough check and Dr. Hegg answered my questions that I had that were breed specific and confirmed everything from when to get her spayed and about her double dew claws. Definitely recommend. Also provided pdf invoice sent to my email so I could access that more easily to file my claim. Also gave me the paper form for my records. They were upfront and gave me a rough estimate and it ended up being lower. Also provided what the next steps would be for upcoming appointment. No surprises which is definitely a stress reliever.
