Very caring, understands and caters to individual pet's temperament, provides additional tips and comments, does not rush through the exams.

Jake is our 9 year old rescue mix. On July 2, 2016, he started vomiting every 30 minutes or so. I took him to the vet, it was late on Saturday evening about 20 minutes to close. Dr. Sherman stayed with us, did many tests, treated Jake as if she was her own dog. She diagnosed him preliminarily w/pancreatitis, as the Xray did not show anything specific and the lipase was increased. She called and made arrangements for an emergency vet that was close by. She helped us transfer Jake to the ER. Jake ended up having surgery for a foreign body the following Monday. Dr. Sherman called me and the specialty vet hospital daily, day and night. She treated Jake as if he was her own dog. After a week in intensive care, Jake is now back home with us. I credit Dr. Sherman with her quick recognition of the seriousness of the situation that saved Jakes' life. Dr. Sherman is very caring with all of my other animals, but I'm very grateful that I still have Jake thanks to her and her team at Serenity.

There are several vets at this hospital and they are all really great! Whenever I have a problem with my dog, they always treat it as the most important thing. And they treat her with kindness, concern, gentleness, and as if she is their own. I appreciate that in a vet!
