Heartland is always so caring and gentle with my dogs. They take the time to pet them and love on them no matter what we are coming in for and the dogs are very comfortable there because of that. They always get us in for appointments promptly, as time permits, and answer emails regarding concerns within an hour normally, which I really appreciate! They keep me updated on when the dogs are due for vaccines to keep them on track always get any test results or medication refills back to me as soon as possible. The staff is always very kind and caring, even when the pups get a little over excited and want to give lots of kisses :) We have never had a bad experience here with either of our dogs, and when we had a bad experience at another facility with Diesel's neuter, they were willing to get Diesel in right away to be seen to make sure he wasn't in pain and was okay.
