Our appointment was for 11:30 but they changed to 11:15 without calling me. They sent an auto text but I thought they wanted us there a few minutes early. We left in time to arrive at 11:15 but were about 7 minutes late. They wanted to charge us a $20 late fee. Additionally I noticed they noted they were unable to fully exam Roxy at a previous appointment due to agggressiveness. However they never told us that at the appointment and charged us for a full visit as if they had examined her. This vet is clearly all about the money and doesn’t care for our pets. Don’t trust what they say or do.

My wife and I recently became Great Dane owners. Our puppy, Cookie, was very aprehensive as we pulled up to the vet. We expected a rough experience but could not have been more wrong. The staff was so welcoming that she fell in love with them about as much as we did! The very knowledgeable vet tech was very patient as we got cookie calmed down and proceeded to when her over with love. They kept her so distracted that she did not even flinch as she received her vaccination shot. As the visit went on our vet gave us extensive insight on the latest Dane research. She had product recommendations specific to each of her clients, and added them to her notes that we got a copy of.

Quality Care, and a staff which can be trusted to care for our pet is a key ingredient to the success of Dr. Striyle's practice. She as well as staff that go the extra mile to insure our pet is cared for after we leave the hospital. We can always count on a followup call to ensure our pet is recovering well at home. Our pet mommie is alive today because of a well trained staff that detected Parvo in our pet within minutes of our arrival at the clinic. Nine years later, mommie is still with us and doing well. I strongly recommend Dr. Striyle for this award.
