I was out of work, and my Pomeranian was not using her leg, I went to the humane society to ask for help....they told me that it was cost $700.00, when I asked them if I could make payments....they said no, and that the best thing I could do was put her down. I went home and looked through the phone book and no one would help except dr. syed. he looked at my dog and pulled a book off of the shelf and let me read it, it said that cortazone shots work best....he gave my dog a cortisone shot and meds for pain, and did not even charge me.....after that experience I had brought a stray in which he also treated at no charge.....he also was very good and gentle with my pets...in my opinion he is great!!!!

I had a rescue Jack Russell Terrier (mixed breed)who continued biting and biting me and attacking my fiancé. After having my JR trained twice without success (biting not only continued but became more vicious), upon the suggestion of the behavior specialist and Dr. Madge, I decided to put my JR to sleep. I sobbed and sobbed. Dr. Madge's office sent out a condolence letter and Dr. Madge wrote a special note telling me how much they all loved Voetsek (my JR) and knew how sad and hard this was for me (I'd had him about 3 1/2 years). About a week later, Dr. Madge offered me their Jack Russell - Fiona (who was great with people and especially children, as by this time I was terrified of most dogs). Dr. Madge Smith's gift of Fiona was a God-send as my fiancé is in later stages of metastatic bone cancer and I was grief stricken losing my dog Voetsek. Smith Vet's entire office has rejoiced with me in having Fiona and bringing happiness back into my life. Who could have a better Vet and Vet family than this! Jane Neal
