Recently we lost or dog of 13 years! Dr. Kanach made our decision to do the right thing for Bailey as painless as possible. Between the staff and Dr. Kanach they made sure we were okay on a daily basis and if we needed anything, even to cry, they were there to listen. As days passed we couldn’t bring ourselves pick up Bailey’s ashes yet. Dr. Kanach and his staff made sure Bailey was never left alone and was always with a staff member until we were ready to pick him up. When we received our Bailey’s ashes back, they even set time in the office so each and every staff member could grieve with us and show their heartfelt sympathy with hugs and tears to go around. They even made a plaque for us with a personal picture of Bailey that’s engraved. Recently we got a new puppy to fill the void in our hearts. The rescue site had 6 other applicants but due to Dr. Kanach and his staff’s kind words we were able to get this amazing puppy. Now that we have this puppy we have a reason to be happy and when we walk into the clinic all of our sadness goes away now that we have our new puppy. The staff and Dr. Kanach always go out of their way to play with Reggie and make sure he is loved on each and every time we visit. They truly go above and beyond for us!
