Dr. Carlos Yang (and also Alicia) have been the most considerate, kind and thorough vets for my four cats and one dog for over 10 years. Even though they've gone to a drop-off only model since the pandemic hit, Dr. Yang not only continues to give attention to every concern, but goes the extra mile in terms of both following up and making sure to communicate issues on first visit. I've never felt the level of compassion from vets that I feel from the team at Thornhill.
