Payment Terms and Conditions

  • I authorize Pets Best to charge my debit card or credit card, or transfer directly from my checking or savings account for premium payments as indicated on my Policy Declarations page, invoices, or renewal notices on a recurring basis according to the payment frequency I selected unless otherwise specified.
  • I understand that my policy will automatically renew annually and that my premium amount can change at renewal or if I request changes to my coverage subject to acceptance of the policy terms and conditions.
  • For payments returned from checking and savings accounts that are returned unpaid, I understand I may be charged a fee by my financial institution.
  • I will contact Pets Best if any of my account information or address changes, or to make changes in these payment arrangements, including revoking this authorization. I understand that these arrangements will stay in effect until revoked.
