Boise, Idaho - November 7, 2024 – In May this year, Insurance Business Magazine (IBA) launched an extensive research and review process of insurance industry companies across the United States. These companies were evaluated and ranked based on their achievements and initiative across a range of important areas of interest. Today, Pets Best is pleased to announce they have received an average score of over 4.0 by IBA, earning them a “5-Star” status for outstanding performance as “Program Administrator”. Only 14 program administrators and 10 carriers across the nation were included on the prestigious list, and Pets Best was the only pet health insurance brand honored.

It started with two months of evaluations from hundreds of agents worldwide and multiple rounds of nomination submissions before winners were chosen based on measurements such as: reputation, financial stability, pricing, claims handling, product range, quoting turnaround times, underwriting expertise, technology and automation capabilities, marketing support, education and training opportunities, and commitment to the agency.
