Pets Best’s Annual Contest, My Vet’s the Best, names Dr. Lauren Savage as 2019 grand prize winner.
April 16, 2020- Pets Best Insurance, a leading U.S. pet insurance agency based in Boise, Idaho, is pleased to announce veterinarian Dr. Lauren Savage as the 2019 grand prize winner of its most recent “My Vet’s the Best” contest.
Since 2010, Pets Best has been recognizing veterinarians for the outstanding work they do in our communities through the My Vet's the Best contest. Dr. Savage, who practices at Noah’s Ark Animal Clinic in Colerain, Ohio, won the 2019 My Vet’s the Best grand prize after being selected by an internal review panel. Ranging from California to New York, this year’s contest had many outstanding finalists from across the United States.
As the grand prize winner of the My Vet’s the Best contest, Dr. Savage received $1,000 from Pets Best to help and treat animals in need in her community. Dr. Savage is a recent graduate from the Ohio State University.
“I am very honored and humbled to have been selected. It is always so gratifying to hear feedback from clients and this contest is a great reminder of how much pet owners appreciate their veterinarians and their role in helping to keep their four-legged family members happy and healthy,” said Dr. Savage. “I hope to use the money to help defray the costs of urgent and unexpected expenses of veterinary care for pets and their families in need.”
