ASPCA pet insurance plans are underwritten by Independence American Insurance Company or United States Fire Insurance Company. Trupanion pet insurance plans are underwritten by American Pet Insurance Company. Fetch insurance plans are administered by Fetch Insurance Services, LLC and underwritten by XL Specialty Insurance Company or AXIS Insurance Company. Plans offered by Embrace Pet Insurance Agency, LLC are underwritten by American Modern Insurance Group. Plans offered by Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, LLC and are underwritten by ACE American Insurance Company.
